How can I pay for my order?
We accept American Express, MasterCard, Visa and Discover. Security for the site is provided by PaymenTech one of the leading online credit processing bureaus.

How soon will my paper arrive?
We will process orders Monday through Friday the same day they are received. Each order will be shipped USPS Priority Mail in a crush proof mailing tube and should reach you between 4-7 days. Please allow sufficient time before your special event for your paper to arrive, since we can make no guarantees of the exact delivery date.

Why am I having problems viewing the site?
As you know computer systems vary widely. In order to use our site, you must have the latest version of Internet Explorer or Netscape 4.0 or greater. Also, you must turn on "Cookies" on your computer.

What if I make a mistake when typing my message?

You are asked to verify your text message before leaving the site. If, however, you realize after you submitted your order, that a spelling error was made when you typed your message, call us immediately on our toll free number. If your order has not been processed, we will make the necessary correction at no additional charge.

Will my paper look exactly like the screen image?

As you may be aware, color monitors vary widely and colors may look different on various monitors. We have carefully selected the colors and design for each paper and are confident that you will be pleased with the final product.

How can I check the status of my order?

How many orders will fit in one mailing tube?

We have yet to receive an order that exceeds the capacity of one mailing tube. If you or your company have a large quantity order, we will contact you regarding additional shipping charges.

What does Happy Wrappings need besides my logo to process our group order?

When submitting a request for business or group wrapping paper, you must obtain the proper licensing before we can process your order. Happy Wrappings accepts no responsibility for obtaining proper licensing or costs associated with such license. We ask that you be able to furnish a high quality JPEG (4"x6" at 300dpi) of the logo or an Illustrator eps file. PLEASE BE AWARE that JPEGs will lose quality if enlarged beyond their intended resolution. Why aren't papers for all holidays available?

Our research indicates that some holidays are more associated with gift giving than others. We included those holidays first. Also, due to the timing of our site launch, we focused on the remaining holidays for 2002. Remember, you can customize any of our Everyday selections to fit your holiday needs with your personalized message. Please continue to visit our site for new selections are continually being added to all categories. Are there any restrictions regarding the personal message to be printed?

It is our goal to provide our customers with gift paper that reflect the sentiments they are trying to convey. We don't insist on correct spelling or good grammar. However, we will not print messages that contain obscene or derogatory language. The determination will be made by Happy Wrappings. We reserve the right to refuse service for any reason.

How can you print my paper for such a low price?

The answer is that we do not use a four color print process to produce our paper. Our designs are plotted on a heavyweight matte paper. Plotting the paper allows us to create paper for one-time use for all your special occasions.

What if my paper arrives damaged?

We make every effort to ensure that your paper meets your expectations and is properly packaged for shipping. If you experience any problems, please contact us at 1.866.322.4321 and we will promptly replace your paper or credit your account.

What is your privacy policy?

Happy Wrappings wants happy customers. You would not be happy if we sold your personal information to a third party, so we won't. We capture only the information we need to fulfill your orders and then keep it to ourselves. It's that simple.
